In Summer of 2025, we were able to serve an event with 150 guests without using our espresso machine...

It all started with an inquiry to serve a local church for a volunteer appreciation event... but the catch was that this event was to be held at Portland's beloved Laurelhurst Park. This beautiful park does not allow anyone to use gas powered generators thus making it difficult for us to operate our mobile espresso bar in any capacity. We instantly went into problem solving mode figuring out how we could still serve this great client and their volunteers.

Cold Brew enters the chat. We worked back and forth with the client and ended up offering to serve Cold Brew, Matcha, and Drip Coffee instead of the traditional espresso bar and it was a hit! We were able to serve their guest in a 2 hour window and enjoy the amazing park in all it's glory.

So, even if there is no way to access electricity, or battery powered generators aren't available, Clearmeadow Coffee Cart is still an amazing service to elevate any event!
